Champagne
All our champagnes are hand made in small lots using the ancient
French technique known as "methode champenoise".
This is a time honored process by
which the bubbles are created from fermenting the cuvée in each individual
bottle.
The champagne is then aged for several years to gain complexity.
The result is a high quality sparkling wine that, for us,
garners accolades year
after year!
